Constructed of a sturdy tubular metal frame, teak wood fittings, brass capped teak splayed tapered legs, and a thick, plush cushion reupholstered with a bright, bold, multicolored, striped authentic Mexican sarape- marrying real life with design. It’s durable, nuanced in texture and provides a stylish pop of color wherever it is displayed. A functional piece that features a fixed brass dowel that can be used to hang pants, shirts, jackets, skirts, dresses, etc. At the top there is an attached long shallow tray perfect keys, coins, sunnies, cuff links, jewelry, lipstick, watches, and any other small items. This G Plan Brandon dressing table was manufactured in the 1950’s it has two good sized drawers, the top one has a divider on the left side both have the typical Brandon style solid wooden handles. The tall and tapered mirror pivots on a hinge at the back which is adjustable and removable if you wished to use it just as a set of drawers, it stands on a solid wooden frame with splayed legs. It has been hand painted in a light grey mineral paint with a grey diagonal design and white stripe on the drawer fronts. The wooden areas have been treated with Danish oil and painted areas have been protected with clear wax. This dressing table or chest of drawers would be the perfect addition to any modern bedroom, it is also being sold as part of a bedroom set, matching bedside cabinets available. A Vintage Mid Century Modern Italian Lounge Chair Otto Gerdau Circa 1960’s. Beautiful Curved Arms. The chair was refinished in a matte finish. New strapping has been added. The cushions have no rips some slight wear in a few small areas, not original. It is hard to see from refinishing it was originally marked made in Italy.
